Guidelines for Happy Camping

Our friendly staff would like to extend to each of you a cordial welcome! It is our goal to insure that your stay is filled with delightful memories. We are very proud of our park and sincerely appreciate your attention and cooperation

  1. ALL RV’s MUST register at the office before occupying a site.
  2. NO TENTS PERMITTED
  3. Campsite Rental: Check in is anytime after 12:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you plan to extend your stay, please come to the office and make arrangements as soon as possible. We do not allow subletting of sites. No refunds will be made on paid campsites. Please leave your campsite neat and clean when departing. Please park in your designated site only. No more than 6 people plus 1 vehicle per site.
  4. No Pitbull’s, Rottweilers, or American Staffordshire terriers.
  5. Children Under 14: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  6. Laundry Facilities: Change and detergent are available at the store.
  7. Campsites: Do not cut through other campsites. No clotheslines. No dumping of gray or black water on the ground. No portable containers allowed. No appliances of any type allowed on patio. Outdoor furniture only permitted on patio. No motorized vehicles on patio.
  8. Garbage: All trash must be bagged, tied shut and placed at roadside. Our staff will pick it up for you. Please don’t put trash past 5:30 PM or before 8:00 AM. The dumpster is located on the southeast side of the campground
  9. Quiet Hours: Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Strictly enforced. Voices and noise must be at a minimum during these hours.
  10. Vehicles: The maximum speed is 10 MPH. One vehicle per site. No utility trailers on site. No work vehicle’s permitted on long term/monthly sites.
  11. Visitors: Campers are responsible for their guests. All visitors must be registered at the office. No visitors allowed after 11:00 PM. Any and all individuals not included in your reservation are considered visitors and are subject to the visitor fees. All site rates include 2 people, extra people $.
  12. Pets: Pets are welcome. Pets must be under control at all times and never left alone. They must be leashed, the leash must be in the owners hand and owners must clean up after their dogs throughout the park. No outdoor kennels.
  13. No Firearms allowed in park.
  14. In addition, we will not tolerate: Loud noises, fighting, abusive language, drunkenness, disturbing others and speeding (speed limit is 10 MPH).
  15. No fireworks or ground fires allowed.
  16. No generators allowed unless prior approval from the office is obtained.
  17. No drones.
  18. Wristbands: required to be worn by ALL campers during special events. No wristband NO entry.
  19. Bring Your Headphone: Music can brighten a day almost as much as the sun can. Still, most people don’t want you to play DJ for them while they’re camping. If you want to listen to your tunes while you’re in the campground, bring your headphones or use a small portable speaker – with no heavy base – and keep the volume low.
  20. NO refunds 1 month prior to arrival date for ALL special events.
